About the Company
LLC “Ukrainian Building and Technical Expertise” carries out expert reviews of construction projects classified under consequence (responsibility) classes CC1, CC2, and CC3, including projects financed through state budget funds, funds of state and municipal enterprises, as well as loans backed by state guarantees. The company provides expert review services for CC1 and CC2 projects throughout Ukraine and for CC3 projects within the city of Kyiv across all disciplines, except nuclear safety, radiation safety, and road project expertise.
The company is included in the list of expert organizations that comply with the Criteria established by Order No. 204 of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated August 15, 2017, as confirmed by the Ministry’s Letter No. 7/15-863 dated January 25, 2018.
As of January 2026, our team consists of 41 certified experts qualified in all major areas of construction project expertise.
Since July 2014, our organization has completed more than 7,000 expert reviews of project documentation for facilities of varying complexity throughout Ukraine, including approximately 4,200 construction projects classified under consequence classes CC2 and CC3.
We also provide consulting services, including support during the pre-design and project planning stages.
